I am more than happy with my new Miele Neptune vacuum. I bought this model because it had the turbo brush, even though we have hardwood floors. It is attractive, the color is a beautiful blue and it is quieter than any other vacuum I've owned. It has a great cord recoil, and best of all, the suction is high...it picks up all the stray dog hairs our two dogs can shed! I vacuum more often now.

The carpet shampoo I ordered arrived within days, with the top well taped up to avoid leaking. It was packaged in recyclable paper instead of bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts, for which I was grateful. The product works well; it cleaned the carpet without any obnoxious perfumes. I meant to send you an email once I received my Royal 7910 Carpet Extractor as your service of getting it to me was OUTSTANDING AND FAST!!! Along with the second package of the Bona Mop/Duster and I'm actually going to order more pads for backup. 
    I also wanted to tell you, due to a severe back injury, I can only do one room at a time, and even though I received your product quickly, I had so much stuff going on that I didn't try to use it until this past Thursday, 9/23/09 AND IT WORKED OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CLEAN MY CARPETS ON THE ROOM I DID AND HOW GREAT IT WAS IN TAKING OUT PUPPY STAIN ACCIDENTS THAT WHEN I HAD USED ANOTHER CLEANER TO TAKE OUT THE STAIN, IT LEFT LIKE A YELLOWISH/BROWNISH STAIN AND MY CARPETS AREN'T WHITE BUT A LIGHT, LIGHT TAN, AND THERE ARE STILL OTHER STAINS I NEED TO GET OUT BEFORE I PUT MY HOUSE UP FOR SALE BUT I AM SO UNBELIEVABLY AMAZED BY THIS ROYAL CLEANER THAT ALL OF THEM WILL COME OUT AS THE ROOM I DID, I HAD NEW CARPETS INSTALLED WINTER 2007/2008 AND THAT ONE ROOM I DID ALREADY, LOOKS LIKE WHEN THEY WERE BRAND NEW!!!!! I AM SOOOOOO HAPPY!!! I actually last year or this winter I had looked online in Overstock.com and they were selling it for the same price as you but I couldn’t find anywhere of what kind of warranty it came with and I forgot to ask you, and it does come with a 3yr parts & labor warrantee which is excellent too. 
    Ok, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCTS and how GREAT this Royal 7910 is....anybody that you get for customers if they need to know how great this product is, tell them to email me, or call me, I have 7 adult dogs along with many puppies and this product took all the stains out and I still have 3 dogs and 6 cats!!!! I got my new Miele S7 on Thursday afternoon and all I can say is Wow!! I am in love. The cheerful yellow color makes you say "oooooh...aaaahhh". That was just the beginning. This vacuum has amazing "super powers". It's quiet to start. Then it manuevers like a dream, zipping in and out of corners and tough to reach places that with my old vacuum I didn't dare go. The attachments....well.....they are awesome and I have as of yet to turn the vacuum over while using them. It's powerful and does and excellent job on my medium pile, eleven year old carpet. It has sprung back to life. Anyone who has their doubts about purchasing this vacuum will certainly be very sad if they miss this opportunity to own one of the most well engineered vacuums I have come across in years.
