VacShack.com Inc. accepts Domestic American Express, Visa, Discover and MasterCard for shipments to U.S addresses only. The billing address MUST be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement, or your shipment will be delayed. You are the authorized owner of this Credit Card. We will charge the amount of the order against your credit card when the order is placed. By placing the order, you are recognizing that the order cannot be revised, and is good to ship to the address provided to us by you at the time you placed the order. Credit card orders cannot be changed by our sales reps. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not shipped.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. Order Acceptance Policy
Payment shall be made by a credit card or other means via Google Checkout or PayPal Express Checkout. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Sales Taxes VacShack.com Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Oklahoma. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Risk of Loss All items purchased from VacShack.com Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Jurisdiction and Venue You agree that any legal action brought against VacShack.com Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the VacShack.com Inc. sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
